Dusty Shandy, LPC

I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia with 10+ years of experience working with a variety of clients. I have additional experience in school-based/family counseling, case management to foster children, parental education, resource allocation for vocational rehabilitation, and education and career counseling. I also have extensive experience working with the department of defense as well as the challenges that military families face throughout their time in service. In addition, I have a specialty in providing triage services to those needing acute crisis stabilization.

My foundational experience allows me to utilize evidence-based therapeutic intervention techniques. During these sessions we will use a holistic approach that incorporates the mind, body, and spirit to reach your counseling goals.  With encouragement, support, and guidance, my hope and prayer for you is to discover peace, hope, healing, and a strategic direction for your future.  Together we will work toward a life of purpose and well-being - starting where you are and celebrating each success along the way!

I am married to my husband of 19 years and have two children.
