This six-week, online group is designed to equip middle and high school students with the tools and skills to manage their emotions, enhance emotional resilience, and navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and intentionality. Through a blend of mindfulness practices, emotional intelligence development, and proactive coping strategies, students will learn to identify and challenge negative thoughts, reduce vulnerability, and cultivate positive relationships.
The groups will be co-ed and meet weekly (virtual) on Wednesdays for six consecutive weeks.
Cost is $40/meeting. Space is limited to 10 participants per group to enhance the group experience.
