Tiffany Rogers, Ph.D., LAPCEvery person who comes to therapy brings their own story, shaped by unique experiences, strengths, and resiliencies. While many clients reach out during some of their most difficult moments, I’ve seen firsthand how pain, when met with compassion and curiosity, can become a powerful catalyst for growth and healing. I believe in the importance of community, belonging, and building healthy support systems to create lasting, positive change.
I see therapy as being a highly collaborative experience, where we will navigate challenges, honor past experiences, and hold hopeful space for the future. I value authenticity, self-acceptance, and the strength of the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for meaningful progress. I have worked in a variety of roles in mental health, with a focus on sexual assault and intimate partner violence, addiction counseling, and women’s issues (including infertility and reproductive loss, pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood). I have also been teaching graduate counseling students for over a decade and am an Associate Professor at the University of North Georgia. My trauma-informed approach blends a variety of techniques to address both the deeper and practical aspects of growth. I help clients recognize how societal and cultural influences shape their experiences, explore questions of meaning and choice, and build on their strengths to create realistic steps toward change. This integration allows us to honor your story, face life’s challenges with courage, and focus on concrete solutions that move you toward living the life you want. *Tiffany is under the clinical supervision of Jennifer Loggins, LPC, CPCS (GA License# LPC009497) |
